Sam Malekout is a Track & Field Athlete / Model, who competes in the 400m, Long Jump, Javelin, Discus and 400m Hurdles for Ilford Athletic Club. He has completed various fitness shoots in his modelling career and in 2014, Sam did a sports commercial for First Gulf Bank. Sam trains 5 days week at the gym to fulfil his professional needs as a model and for his continual development as an athlete.
