Joe has a background in Rugby having played in the National Leagues, and after becoming a powerlifter has won local, national, continental and even worldwide titles for his class and even broke a British record in the deadlift. Joe has now completed a degree in Strength & Conditioning and become a professional bodybuilder in 3 federations, most notably the WBFF.
