Leo is a Men's Physique competitor, placing 3rd at the Rhino's Classic and 5th at the Miami Pro this year. He is a member of Team GB, competing at the World Amateur Body Building Association (WABBA) in November 2017.

In 2012, Leo considered himself underweight and wanted to change his lifestyle. Five years later, through hard work and determination, he is now competing at an international level representing Great Britain.

In between training for upcoming competitions, Leo works as a fitness model and a television presenter.
