Hannah Knights

Details

Hannah specialises in 400m hurdles, and has been invited to and competed in two British Athletics Championships (2016 and 2017), giving her a ranking of 6th in the U-20s for the UK. She competes for England South in the Nationals, and Fits all Brands Sample Shoe size: UK 5-6

Whilst at school and training in Heptathlons, her teacher pointed out that she was quite fast and maybe should focus on specialising in one track event, rather then seven, and that is how this sprinter found her way to the hurdles.

In between training and competing, Hannah studies Sports Science at Loughborough University and aspires to complete a Masters in Sport Nutrition.
