Chris is a successful Fitness competitor and model, placing 2nd in the Over 75kg Fitness Model and 5th in the Muscle Model categories at Pure Elite in 2017.

Chris is also a skilful Rugby player, playing at County level at Berkshire County RFU for a number of years and is a Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience.
